Are we always tied to a place, a state, a person? It lies in human nature to always strive for something new and something better. Is it curiosity that drives us or is it an urge to break out of known frames? Claustrophobia and liberation. "Domisil" is a duet that explores the human urge to break out of safe environments. We constantly strive towards something new, but do we really find the freedom we seek?

For years she has tried to follow her mother's well-intentioned advices, avoiding all dark corners of the woods. But she feels so tired of always running, so tired of always being afraid. And inside her increasingly stronger forces is pulling towards the dark, towards the unknown. Will Riding Hood dear to pause in the woods? Is The Wolf as dangerous as they say? And is he really there at all?

One table: two people in gas masks appear. They dissapear into darkness and reappear sitting silently by the table without the masks, smoke streaming out of their mouths. Soon they will notice the other person and also have to face themselves. A dance performance about having to face the world, when all we really want to is to go back to where we came from, back to mommy´s warm arms.

In Circles two dancers are interacting with pilates balls, or spheres, to express and create movements. The idea behind the piece come from a relationship between the mental and the physical. The spheres are representing the mind, while the dancers represents the body. In this interaction: conflict, frustration and joy emerges between the dancers and the objects.

Spor av meg er en fysisk og musikalsk forestilling om det å bli og være Jeg. Både alene og sammen med andre. Publikum inviteres inn i en skoglysning der vi gjennom lek, historier og musikk utforsker verden, de sporene vi setter og de sporene omgivelsene setter i oss. Hvem er jeg og hva er jeg? Hva gjør meg til Jeg? Hvilke spor lager jeg? Forestillingen baserer seg på Svein Nyhus´ morsomme og filosofiske små historier og dikt fra barneboka ”Jeg”. Nyhus´ poetiske tekster vever forestillingen sammen og det skapes en leken verden av undring rundt det å oppdage og definere seg selv.
